There’s a specific slant which covers the modernity of Hollywood and the English background which Grace McGrade has cultivated in curating her show titled Pluto. A selection of work, which was curated by Mcgrade along with Leadapron presented at Occulus Room at Caviar Kaspia. It is this Background which has allowed her to seamlessly merge antiquities with modern art, major names, and up-and-comers into a tapestry molded around her long standing work as an astrologer. Greek antiquities are placed in boxes juxtaposed against Jenny Holzer Inflammatory essays whilst brutalist impressionist paintings from former anonymous black ops figures loom above the sacred paintings from Nicolette Mishkan. Assorted curiosities inhibit the exhibit with iconic status and stories.
