Nordstrom celebrated the opening of Catherine Bloom for Nordstrom with an intimate cocktail event co-hosted by the retailer’s newly appointed Director of Luxury Styling, Catherine Bloom, alongside acclaimed interior designer Brigette Romanek of Romanek Design Studio. The evening marked the debut of the appointment-only luxury styling space, a new concept studio blending high-touch personal styling with thoughtfully curated interiors, a specialized shopping experience that brings customers into a jewelry boxy of the most coveted luxury items.

Bloom joined Nordstrom in February 2025 in the newly created role, bringing with her years of experience dressing an elite international clientele spanning Hollywood talent, creatives, and executives. Known for her refined eye and deeply personalized approach to style, Bloom’s appointment signals Nordstrom’s continued investment in elevated luxury services and one-on-one client experiences.

Designed in collaboration with Romanek, the new studio transforms a former Nordstrom Local space into a warm, sophisticated environment tailored for private appointments and luxury styling consultations. Working within the building’s original structure, Romanek focused on creating a layout that feels both intimate and architecturally cohesive, balancing residential warmth with the polished sensibility of modern luxury retail.
