NAHMIAS unveiled an immersive pop-up at Maxfield, setting the tone for NBA All-Star Weekend with a high-impact opening inside Maxfield’s Jean Prouvé Structure Nomade. The activation signals a continued evolution for the Cali-born label, merging its laid-back West Coast codes with the polish of one of L.A.’s most storied luxury retailers. The week-long installation positions NAHMIAS within a global fashion dialogue rooted in sport, but sharpened by elevated craftsmanship and experiential design.
Inside the space, the NAHMIAS Spring mainline collection sits alongside newly debuted Fall/Winter 2026 runway pieces, granting early access to designs not yet widely available. A curated edit of fine jewelry expands the offering, including a special collaboration with Hoorsenbuhs that underscores the label’s growing focus on meticulous detail. The event also marked the official debut of the highly anticipated PUMA x NAHMIAS Suede. Ahead of its global release, the sneaker was available exclusively at Maxfield during the launch, cementing the retailer as the first destination worldwide to access the collaboration and reinforcing NAHMIAS’ seamless fusion of sport heritage and contemporary luxury.
Transforming Maxfield into a fully realized NAHMIAS universe, the brand introduced a series of immersive installations: life-size beaded sculptures inspired by detailing on the sneaker, a supersized crochet dog keychain, and oversized knit flowers mechanically blooming overhead. An interactive vending machine dispensed exclusive collectibles via a limited-edition NAHMIAS x Maxfield coin, while stacks of ’90s televisions screened Wipeout, the brand’s original cartoon created for its recent Paris runway show. The opening night, fueled by cocktails from Tequila Don Julio and soundtracked by DJ Tay James, drew a crowd spanning fashion, sport, and entertainment from Kylie Jenner to Joe Burrow, further underscoring NAHMIAS’ place at the intersection of culture. The pop-up remains open through February 21.
